Carl's Health Foods International accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Checks.

International Orders Unfortunately, Carl's Health Foods International is unable to fulfill International orders at this point in time.

Return Policy
Carl's Health Foods International offers full refunds on products that are sealed, unused and in good condition, within 10 days of receipt of the order.

Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt of the order. Weekends and holidays are inclusive as part of the 10 day acceptance period. In order for Carl's Health Foods International to accept returned items, each item must be sealed and in "new" condition. There can be no damage to labels and no bottles can be broken. All returned orders must be accompanied by a valid receipt or order number.
Carl's Health Foods International does not refund shipping charges or return-shipping charges.
All returns must be shipped to
Carl's Health Foods International with the return order number on label of the package. Returned orders that do not have the return order number on the front of the package will not be accepted.

Damaged Orders
If you receive an order that is damaged, you must call Carl's Health Foods International within 5 days of order receipt. We will re-ship your order and immediately start the claim process. Please save the damaged package in case a claims representative would like to view its condition.

Mistake in the Order
If you receive an order that has a mistake in it, first and foremost we apologize. Please contact
Carl's Health Foods International within 15 days of the date of the original order and we will immediately fix the mistake at no cost to you. After all, it's our fault, not yours.

Domestic Shipping Info
Most domestic orders are shipped within 5 Days of the order received in the continental United States of America via United States Postal Service and UPS. Overnight shipping is also available via Federal Express. Orders ship Monday thru Friday Only.

***There is no Saturday delivery for overnight orders. Therefore, Overnight orders purchased on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. ***
